Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SLATE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first and then reach out to us at [support email] and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
